SCOTTeVEST, INC is looking for a Customer Service Director

We are looking for a Customer Service Director that can balance the needs of the company with the wants of the customer.

You would be responsible for managing 3-5 Full Time Customer Service Agents. Creating their schedule and balancing their strengths and weaknesses to create a GREAT TEAM Environment that gives our customers the best possible experience.

The tough decisions go directly to you. When is the right time to make exceptions to policies and when is the right time to draw a line in the sand? You should love turning angry customers into happy ones and happy customers into lifelong brand evangelists.

Can you motivate by example and get your hands dirty? No job can be too big or too small for you. You should have a firm grasp on analytics and have data to support everything you do. You should think BIG and create goals that are achievable, yet aggressive.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • As our Customer Service Director your job duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing the entire Customer Service Department
  • Answering emails, phones and chat messages when the queue gets ful.
  • Monitoring all cases for quality and adherence to the company’s policies
  • Explore new platforms and opportunities
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reports to the Executive Team
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and other companies.
  • Manage the Customer Service schedule.
  • Work with the Marketing, Production, and Executive Team to ensure clean communication is flowing throughout the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience managing a Customer Service Team
  • Great writing skills are an absolute must.
  • You must be HYPER ORGANIZED to the point of OBSESSION. Not kidding.
  • You need to be comfortable with ambiguity, with a strong ability to “figure it out” on the fly.
  • You must be open to change.
  • You must be someone who works quickly AND efficiently.
  • You must be willing to work odd hours occasionally.
